Originally purchased a used vehicle from this location. Upon bringing the vehicle home, over the course of a few weeks I had been experiencing a few issues. I contacted the dealership to advise and AJ and Peter helped me and my family in giving the vehicle back to upgrade to getting a new vehicle. Update: Issues resolved, seems like there was some system glitch disrupting communication, despite of attempt of reaching out to me previously. Appreciate the quick resolution. I had a regular maintenance service appointment on Jun 25, and also paid for diagnosis on my engine. I didn't get the service or diagnostic report due to some technical issue,and was told the report will be emailed to me shortly. ok... it's been over a month now, I've followed up since with multiple phone calls,left multiple messages, voice messages, tried emails, web messages.... I brought my Civic into Sisley Honda for a service recall. I was on time and so were they. Lucas my service advisor was professional and fun to deal with.
