Originally purchased a used vehicle from this location. Upon bringing the vehicle home, over the course of a few weeks I had been experiencing a few issues. I contacted the dealership to advise and AJ and Peter helped me and my family in giving the vehicle back to upgrade to getting a new vehicle. In the beginning I wasn’t really happy but in the end they resolved my issue and made sure that I was a happy customer. They do ensure that they resolve all issues and within a timely manner. Update: Issues resolved, seems like there was some system glitch disrupting communication, despite of attempt of reaching out to me previously. Appreciate the quick resolution. I had a regular maintenance service appointment on Jun 25, and also paid for diagnosis on my engine. I didn't get the service or diagnostic report due to some technical issue,and was told the report will be emailed to me shortly. ok... it's been over a month now, I've followed up since with multiple phone calls,left multiple messages, voice messages, tried emails, web messages.... LOL, you name it, I've tried, ...

I drove my 2020 Civic Type R in the drive through and it was very busy but Lucas ran over and helped me fix my issue and had me on my way while him and his co worker had a line of customers at the counter 10/10 very friendly service and will comeback again to see him!!!
